Do all of these have a fuel/water separator on them? If so where would it be located on the boat?

I have seen the filters directly in front of the motor and also under a seat.

No they do not . On 2 of mine it was mounted behind the back of port side stern lounge

Mercs do not. I think Yamahas come with a separator, depending on the HP.

Ive had them on previous Merc's it was an option when ordered . Thats probably why they were behind the seat backs
