Just bought a used 2019 RSB with 33 hours on the motor in northern Indiana. It Sat on a covered lift for 1 summer and in a showroom for another summer so maybe 4 summers of use at most. Given that background, do you know how often the Bimini and the mooring cover should be sprayed

I'd respray it when it stops beading water. I let mine go for too long and it started to let water soak through. I sprayed mine about June last year and when I took it out in October it was still beading water like a duck's back....I'd think it could go 2 years at least.....

We spray ours every 2-3 years. I think you should for sure get 2 years out of it if it’s only out seasonally. We are in Michigan, and it’s stored indoors in the off season. So going 2-3 years really means it sitting out in the elements about 4-5 months per year for 2-3 years between treatments.
