I picked up a 2020 Bennington 23SVX with a 175 Yahama SHO. Current prop is a quicksilver 15.25 x 15p. Only turning 4200 at WOT and running 24mph with light load. Motor runs good so I am assuming this may be a prop issue; recommendations on prop size?

Whats the prop model - Quicksilver is the manufacturer.
Also does that vmax run 89 octane?
Make sure your toons are clean.
Do you have 2 toons or 3? Wave shield underneath?
Generally you want to prop to the upper end of the engine RPM range so that's probably mid to high 5000's.
Engine maintenance current?
There's a lot of questions that need to be answered before assuming it's the prop.
