2025 M series not charging.

Just purchased 2025 M series. Now after 3 hours run time battery is discharging and low voltage on house battery warning shows on screen. Everything appears connected and clean. Thoughts??

Do you have the battery switch (1-2-off-1+2) on your boat?

My thoughts are going to battery switch, also to ANY missing wires, such as a negative connect wire between batteries if a dual battery set up. Last summer our dealership replaced our two batteries. We started having a few issues, including one like yours, immediately. They looked it over 2 times, couldn’t figure it out. On the THRID time, the tech realized they never reconnected the negative to negative wire between the two batteries. So, you never know. Could be something strange. I would absolutely call the dealer and have them take a look.

Good help is hard to find. Look up a basic wiring diagram for dual battery setup on a boat and confirm what you have. Chances are very good the 21 year old kid who rigged your boat was texting his honey boo and goofed. Wouldn't be the first time...

This happened to me twice, long story. Once it was the 50 amp fuse near the battery, the other time it was the 150 amp fuse going from alternator to the ECM (Mercury Verado).
