2050 fsi

[chain lakers]

We are buying a 2050 fsi and are wondering about ordering the captains chairs for the bow (like they have on the 22). The standard chairs are wiggly and not as comfortable. Has anyone out there done this, and does it take up too much room? Thanks for your input!

Welcome to the site "chain lakers" - I have two captains chairs at the front of my boat and they are my favorite place to sit. Not sure if they are the kind you are talking about (see page 11, picture F in the 2011 brochure) but they are very comfortable. They recline, pivot, and have pivoting arm rests. Can't imagine they take about much more room except the arms are about 3 or 4 inches wide.

I have the Captains chairs in the bow on my FSi. Very comfortable and also the most popular seats on the boat. IMHO well worth the upgrade.
