Any ideas on where to find a new replacement cover short of having a custom one made?

What year is your boat? If it is getting a bit older my guess is having one locally custom made might be your best option.

OE Supplier will make you one. They will need your year, model and HIN. You will have to install the snaps yourself.

Agree with Vikingstaff. Just get a custom cover made by a local canvas guy. This way you will know it's done right and fits properly.
