I am just speculating , Tower vs Hybrid Tower . The original post specified "tower" the one for sale is a "hybrid" . Misrepresented by dealer ?

I dont know ,just guessing .

I could weld up a new tower from straight tubing for what this took and I'd have to learn to heliarc aluminum first
