analog speedometer I/O

Those of you with I/O does your analog speedometer have a water pick up or paddle wheel cant find either on mine too busy to take in boat has 11 hours on it it has never worked. Thanks

On my Mercruiser I/O Alpha one outdrive the speedometer water pick up is located in the lower unit housing of the outdrive............I had a problem w/the hose that connects to it. It was bringing water into the engine compartment. Had it replaced and haven't had a problem since.............
