AO Cooler question

I recently purchased two of the soft side coolers ,a 48 and a 24 .

On the 48 the zipper is sewn end to end on the cooler itself .

On the 24 there is a gap on both sides of the zipper .

If I do not fold the sides down cold escapes .

Any body with a 24 that can check the zipper ?

Weird.  I've got a couple 48s, a bunch of 12s and a couple of the flat ones.  No gaps on any of them.

They other thing I noticed ( I ordered both in red) they are different shades of red including the AO logo's

Received my replacement cooler direct from AO ( originally  purchased from amazon ) .

It is sewn correctly .
