Ok, looking at the 2015 catalog on line and noticed the aft flooring in this pic? WHAT IS IT? It looks like woodgrain and I WANT IT !!!! I checked boat builder and see no mention of it.

My guess would be one of the faux teak options that is wet. They are too orange for me. I really like the aqua teak

I zoomed in as close as possible to pic and I could not see any lines like the teak has ..... I thought it looks almost like a Birdseye Maple look ...... Maybe TB can chime in and let me know if I need to place an order .....  ;)

After looking at some other photos on their site, and blowing them up, I think you are right. Some other style of flooring that is wet ... oh well, I didn't need a new one yet. "Wanted" yes, "needed", no ...  :D

Just add a zero behind the "20" on the motor and you're a new man!

I want the dealer to put that Hybrid top on my 2014, but they said it had to be done in the shop.  I guess the mounts are different or something.

I'd like that top too. I can't see what's different other than rail mount location. I'm thinking about getting a quote from my dealer.

To me it seemed to sway side to side when I saw it at the 2013 club event. I like the look but it wouldn't work for me pulling under my covered lift.

Let me know.  My dealer said it has to be done in the factory.

The colors are enhanced. The saturation is turned up on the photo. You can tell by the water...

Anyone know if the hybrid bimini folds down for trailering like the curved bimini does?

No, it is not designed for that. It is bolted on. Something we looked at before we spec'd ours as we really liked the look of this Hybrid bimini but needed it to fit into our garage on the trailer. Bennington said it can be unbolted and removed but not designed to do so except when a necessity (not on a regular basis like for normal trailering and such). If that is what you need, you'll need to stick with the standard or curved bimini.

Also note that there is a version of this Hybrid Bimini called a Rectractable Hybrid Bimini. The rectractable part is the second, upper, larger section shown in the picture that is hinged to fold back (to a vertical position), put your tube on top of it, and swing back up into place. So the overall frame is still the same height as the standard Hybrid Bimini shown in the picture and no trailering clearance gained with that one either. But a cool design for those that have clearance and do tubing and such.

Thanks. I figured that but wanted to validate. I trailer all the time and love the look of the hybrid but never saw how it could fold. I am glad I went with curved Bimini. Only semi-regret not getting electric. Has anyone had the electric and how does it work for 1 person vs needing 2 to easily get Bimini up/down.

I generally put the bimini up and down alone on my RL but it takes standing on my seat and being a tad careful

I know Wayne.  He is our salesman for the new boat.

I liked the look of that Hybrid bimini and was going to order it on mine untill I acually saw it. It does not offer the shade the typical one does and it is very flimsy. This is one of those time when I chose function over form. Something I find myself doing more as I age. Must be getting smarter  :)
