Where can  I buy a replacement ladder hook for the telescopic ladder for my 2013 Bennington Pontoon Boat?

Hook or rubber strap? I just did a quick google search and came up with this on freebay.

FYI-my dealer gave me 2 extra ladder hooks free of charge when mine broke.  I think Benny takes good care of their customers and does not skip on small stuff like this.

Mine broke today on my 2014 model. I guess I will go back to my dealer.

My ladder and the changing room hook broke and had to be replaced. The bottom part of the snap serperated from the top. No problem getting replacement thought.
