Bent Splash Deflector - Fix it or Leave it?

The inboard, starboard splash deflector got bent upwards while getting our 2021, 24SV onto the trailer. I have inspected the weld and did not observe any cracking. Should I leave it as is or repair it?

I had a bent deflector on my previous boat. A mechanic checking out a problem we had on the water came into the dock and bent it. The weld was cracked in a couple places but it wasn't in danger of ever falling off. The mechanic bent the deflector back in place and another person in his shop welded it. Good as new!

Hmm, if there’s no damage to the toon itself, I’d be tempted to leave it be unless it’s throwing water where it shouldn’t.
