One thing to note: I opted to separate the "square tube clip" on the "back" of the part into a separate piece because I find that these parts break in different ways. this way just the "square tube clip" can be replaced without having to replace the entire piece.

Got the parts and job done yesterday. The part is a Bimini Strut Latch Two at my Dealer $8.71 out the door. Easy to replace.
