I have a 2024 Tritoon with two power Bimini tops on it. . Both are falling apart and can’t get any response from Bennington. I originally Talked to Marina Mikes in Estero Florida and thought I was making progress as they wanted all the pictures and I D tags off the bikinis. Since then I haven’t gotten any responses or text. I also tried texting Bennington two times now and no response either. Anybody have any ideas to help get some answers. This is a least my forth Bennington and I am differently disappointed.

Are you near enough to the dealership you are working with to stop by in person and speak to them? Confirm if they filed a warranty claim request? If so, see if they can get a status update on it?

It can be a busy time of the year, and some places just get overwhelmed. However, when someone is standing there in person asking, kinda hard for the service person to think “I will follow up with that later” vs doing just that with a voicemail or email.

Not excusing it. Just thinking that is probably what’s happening.

Call the dealer you bought it from. They will order the replacement canvas. I had a new one order by my dealer it took about 4 weeks. They called I went in picked it up no charge.
