Boat hoist conversion

I converted my existing hoist belts to Fix Marine alum I-beams and 12’ cat bunks. All I need now is the Bennington 21'LSB I ordered in May. Hopefully, it will be delivered this Fall, but keeping expectations low on that. Thx for your input regarding possible belt damage to logs..

How did you attach the bunks to the cradle?

Large U-joints that go under the I-beam and bolt into the underside of the bunks. Had to drill holes in the bunks.
