Boat lifts Bennington Q series

I have a home in NC where I am keeping my Bennington Q Series. I am wanting to put in a lift at my dock, I have very shallow water, approximately 2 feet. Any ideas on a lift system that will work under these parameters?

This is what we have and it'll go all the way to the bottom. The lake fluctuates quite a bit and it can be 3-3 ft under the boat. We've never been stuck. It is a Hi-Tide lift.
