Boat Lifts

We bought our house back in early 2010 from an elderly women and an old realtor. He priced the home based on other ranch homes for sale in the area...that were not waterfront! His listing didn't even mention it was lake front. Just something along the lines of "enjoy sunsets with your westerly view" We sure do! Thanks Mr. Realtor! I've since gutted the home and now we have 2700 sqft of remodeled lake home. Lets just say we have some equity available if needed :D

Looks good. Next picture should show railing and a boat on the lift. Are you going to glass railing as to not block the view?

No glass, Didn't want to have to buy stock in windex to keep it clean. Going with veka railings. Full aluminum channels top and bottom housed in vinyl with aluminum ballausters. An unsupported 8' section of this railing will support over 750lb on it without braking. It is an over kill but I don't want people falling off and breaking their necks.

Looking good Andy. B)

Thanks!

Beautiful setup! Only thing missing is the bar setup. One must greet guests with a cocktail before entering the boat.

Very nice. Have you seen stainless cable rail, that's sweet !!!!!
