Bottom Paint Advice

I am about to get my boat prepared for this upcoming season.  I leave the boat in the salt water all season (May - Sept) and originally had it bottom painted by the dealer before my first year.  The dealer recommended either Pacifica Plus or Trilux 33 bottom paint  (both without copper).  I was wondering which product was better and if I have to rough up the toons before coating them and want to know how many coats.  The toons were power washed at the end of the season.

Thanks,

I can't tell you which is the better product, but when I worked at a marina in NJ we would power wash and then paint after it dried.
