Bought used Bennington. Bimini frame is almost impossible to release even to get travel legs out of where they fasten. Any tricks/ ideas?

Bimini legs sticking in blocks even in travel position. What should i do?

I think they all are . A light tap with a small rubber mallet helps instead of busting up your hand .

Take some of the load off prop with with one hand and hit it gently with the other.

I put a new bimini frame on my boat - same thing. Pick up a car trim remover (plastic) for a couple bucks off Amazon. I keep one on the boat to pry it if it sticks - won't scratch / damage the aluminum.

I replaced mine and used a little silicone spray. Make sure you see no bends in the frame. All the square tubing on the Bimini should align evenly on top of each other when folded down. I had to work mine 3 or 4 times either way 2 hands. Now I can pull it up with one hand.
