We have a GSR with twin Captains chairs, with any side waves the chairs wobble on the riser, also the chairs do not swivel easy, Tried adjusting the knob no difference. Any one else have the same problem, or know how to correct this problem. my dealer said this was normal.

Have you checked the screws on your base ? I had a few that were loose

We have the G series chairs on ours and there is a bit of slop, as it were, in the swivel point. You may be able to separate and clean out the swivel point. I have a feeling it is normal. It is normally just a plastic bushing against the metal poles.

Both of our captains chairs on our 2350 RSR developed annoying 'clicking' noises in wakes only a few weeks after delivery. My dealer told me that Bennington had a 'bad batch' of posts from their supplier with weak welds between the base & post. They replaced both of ours as part of the post delivery punch list with the newer version and we haven't had an issue since.
