I think that is the pillow top look.

All that pulling at the seams is the way it is supposed to be ? The ones I saw at the dealer last year had a few ,but not that many .I guess its not my style .

Looks like Q or R with pillow top black diamond stitch with Firecracker accents. It's an upgrade, but not custom, more like "customized".

 I would guess Firecracker. Unless it's a "custom" QX
