We recently had an infestation of rats and there is a lot of rat droppings. I vacuumed up as much as I could. I would like to clean/disinfect the deck of the boat that has the carpet-like covering on it. What cleaning agent is best to clean the entire deck without harming the carpet or causing it to become unglued. Thank you.

I reached out to Bennington via their online contact form and by calling them. I have had zero response (I thought the response would have been better). I have heard about using Dawn dish soap. What are your thoughts on that?

A few years back, I purchased a rechargeable small carpet cleaner .
I would think dawn would be ok.

When I reached out to Bennington last year i never heard back and then finally a regional rep emailed me and was the conduit, outside of the dealer, to get information from Bennington. Sbaker50 where are you located? May be the same rep and I can share email.
