I have a new QX and have seen frost in the cupholders when driving it before, but I don't know how to turn them on, and they don't get cold now.

Do you have push buttons below your switches?
If so those are circuit breakers.

Are there any breakers anywhere you can find?

I believe under the helm storage, you can access some. Are you saying they are just on all the time, or to check a breaker? I was more curious if they had a way to turn them on and off.

I'm sure there is way to turn them on/off . But I don't have them. Have you asked your dealer?

Here is the phone number for Bennington, 888 906 2628.
If you call have your Hull ID.

There is one other member on the forum that I am aware of that has a ,new QX .Vikings. I dont know if he has the cooled cup holders ,but you could send him a pm . Perhaps he can help

I called and left a message. I am going to check the breakers tonight. I noticed my horn didn't work either, and maybe it's all the same one, and they are just on all of the time.

Its possible they ( cup holders ,horn etc) are all on the same circuit.

Update on the cooled cupholders. The last 2 times I have been on the boat, they have been on and working. I still have no clue whether they can be turned on or if they are just working all the time.

I was interested in how these work, and found the attached info. As for the switch, the following was suggested:
  • Digital Displays (Glass Dash): On premium trims, switching is routed through the central Garmin or Simrad touchscreen. Controls are located within the digital menus under the "Accessories" or "Comfort" tabs.
  • Rim-Mounted Controls: Some OEM units bypass helm wiring altogether, utilizing a flush-mounted, waterproof rubber power button built directly into the stainless steel bezel of the cupholder.
  • Generic ACC Switches: On models utilizing traditional switch panels, factory installs are often routed to a standard "ACC" (Accessory) rocker switch.
