Cover "clip" cracked

My 5 year old mooring cover has a clip that cracked and won't snap on. Would this be part of the 10 year "bow to stern warranty"? Warranty or not, how would it get replaced? Can I just bring the cover to my dealer and have them clamp a new one on?

If you are the original owner. Yes it should be covered . Contacting your dealer is the way to go.
