Hello,

I have a 2020 Bennington pontoon boat that is 20 feet in length.

I’m planning to build a custom boat railing for grilling in the rear / stern of my boat. The light blue color rectangles represents the approximate size and height of the railing, while the dark blue arrows indicate the approximate length and height.

I’m wondering if anyone has ever done this before or if you could provide some guidance on how to mount the new railing to my boat.

I would greatly appreciate any tips or advice you can offer on this DIY project this summer.

Thank you!

Fancy editing of your photos. Make sure you consider port side boat access and dripping grease. Attached is a photo of a past boat with a swing mount that I fabricated.
