Custom Built 2015 2275 GCW -Did I Get The Wrong Captain Chair?

I ordered the "Recliner Upgrade-R Series Captain Chair". As far as I can tell the chair I got doesn't recline. This is the description of the "R: series captain chair from Bennington's website:  "Pure-Comfort Reclining Helm Chair with Integrated Headrest".

Do I have the wrong chair or is it operator error?

Are you sure you are operating the correct handle under the seat.  Mine has like 3 different ones and it took me a few minutes to figure out which one made it recline.

I can only find two handles and one knob adjustment under the seat. Where is the recline handle located?

I believe the recline is the lever on the side of the seat near where the seat and backrest meet. The right side if I recall, right below the arm rest.

I found the recline lever, Duh...
