While we were out of town last summer, our hometown area experienced extreme winds and even more extreme wind gusts. One of our dock lines was severed and the front of our 2018 24 SLX kept banging into a steel seawall component. When we returned from our trip and next went to our slip, we saw how one of the tow rings and a majority of the front deck trim extrusion was gouged up pretty bad.
Asking if anyone has a parts source other than Bennington that deals in replacement parts for the front deck trim. Bennington allows no direct customer support from what I know. Everything is referred to a local dealer. The dealer will order the parts and apply shipping but I’m wondering if there is a less expensive alternative. Generic replacement pieces I’ve seen don’t match the original extrusion.
