Has anyone used a box anchor with a Deckhand 40 Pontoon Winch? I am looking at purchasing one this spring and I currently have and love the Box Anchor. Thanks

I know this doesn't answer your question, but I wanted to throw it in here. I have had two Deckmate 25's. What I like about the Deckmate vs. the Deckhand is that the Deckmate is freefall down. That means when you get to a specific spot, the anchor goes down fast.

The other positive for the Deckmate is that its remote is wireless, whereas the Deckhand is wired. The Deckmate can handle up to a 50 lb. anchor. Just my $.02 worth.
