Design of Bennington - Tumacs Boat Cover

I have seen pole options that appear to work great when stationary, but if you are looking for something to use while on the go, then you will need the full system and if your speedy, with the added Cable Stays.

How has the 10x12 lite canvas worked out? I am a new member with a 2023 21S that has the rear Bimini but the wife (boss) wants some shade for the front half also. I am trying to figure options. The dealer thinks for $3200 they can add a front that will zip to the rear but I would to find a more cost effective way to keep her happy.
The person you responded to wasn’t talking about a canopy to provide shade to front passengers. They were talking about adding canvas to cover the flooring on their forward deck outside of the rails as their mooring cover stopped at the front rails.

" ONLY " ,because I have a white boat and when it rains I get black streaks down the Bow Panels , I had my cover extended last winter .

I was told by my local canvas shop ( also my Bennington dealer) if altered it would void the cover warranty.

Technically true, but I don' think Bennington would deny claim if failure was unrelated to the alterations. They are as good as any company out there when it comes to standing behind their products.

Not only did the cover that came with my 2024 LXSSB not have the cutouts that would allow for the bimini being up, the dealer argued with me that they were all like that and sent me pictures of several boats that also didn't have the front pockets. I had to have custom work done to get them.

I had Tumacs make me a replacement cover last year for my 10-year-old QX25. They did an admirable job, but it still was not the equivalent of the original cover. Plus you have to put your own snaps on. That's good and it's bad, but you better be good at it.... if you're only off 1/2 inch you'll never get them snapped.
