Dirty Pontoons

Hoping to get some guidance. We are about to take the boat out of the lake for the season. The pontoons will be covered with lake moss. The question is:

Is it better to power wash the pontoons while they are wet or when they dry off?

You thoughts will be appreciated.

Power wash while wet. To late if you let it dry.

Welcome to the forum guys! Do your pontoons have Sharkhide on them?!? If not check this product out! It'll be so much easier to keep clean! Oh sure the lake crap will still stick to it but it'll be so much easier to keep clean! You lose a lot of speed and efficiency when your pontoons are dirty! When we kept our boat in the water we used to get in and wipe the pontoons to keep that crap off! It is so much easier to do with Sharkhide applied......just my opinion.

Thanks for your input, it is much appreciated. Yes, we have Sharkhide and it does help.
We will be power washing this weekend. Then putting it away until March.
