I’m looking to install a dual battery system in my quad bench sx22. I want to put both batteries in the stern where the current single battery is. It appears there isn’t quite enough room with the current size battery and tray. Has anyone successfully done this and pics as well as what batteries/trays would be great! Thank you in advance

If your going to run a dual battery I suggest getting a Blue seas acr

I second the blue seas ACR recommendation. I know this may not be helpful but just incase. I bought a 21 LSB (swing back) and installed every lighting package (toe kick, side lights, underwater, and cup holders) plus a kicker sub and amplifier so I wanted to also install a dual battery setup with Blue seas system that way I always have a cranking battery in the case I run the house battery dead. I chose the Attwood battery tray to deflect water from the top (not shown in pic).

I’ve heard great things about the ACR option. I’ve flirted with switching ours over if our Perko switch ever goes bad. Seems like the best system overall.
