EchoMap Ultra 126sv installation

New Bennington ( and boat for that matter) owner here. It’s a 2016 2375 GCW. I just bought a Garmin EchoMap Ultra 126sv unit and am having trouble figuring out where to install it that won’t interfere with the instrumentation on the dash. Has anyone had any experience installing these and if so, where would you guggest it be installed?

I have a 2020 and spent time trying to figure that out too. Many seem to put on right side with mount on rail. I wanted mine on left side so passengers could see while trolling. Took iut the cup holder and had machine shop make me a circle with hole in center for wiring. It still covers some of dash. Can be moved to the center when out with the family

Mine is offset to the right 1) so I can still see my two Yamaha gauges and 2) I'm right handed, so moving through my screen options is easier. Balzout mount uses a different method than most to fix the position and never moves (uses ball and detent to lock in).

Easy to untighten so the mount can stow out of the way to allow for the mooring cover to be put on.
