Anyone know what what goes in the empty slot on my helm (white box)? The kill switch is on lower right of the picture by the throttle (blue box).

Your kill switch is in your side mount control.
Most pontoons have helm mount which does not include the kill switch and therefore it is located in the dash.
Looks like they use the same dashplate and yours should have a blank installed so it wouldn't look like something is missing.
