What kind of speed and rpm to you get at WOT. Also, what range do you usually cruise at.

I need to play with some different props as I currently am only getting around 3450 rpms and 35 mph gps speed with around 30-45 gallons of fuel 2 people and all gear and cooler. I usually cruise at around 25 mph at 4000-4200 rpms but that will probably change after I get the right prop on to get the wot rpms back up around 5800-5900 rpms. thinking I need to be in the 13 x19 range but am dealing with some local folks with props to let me borrow a few different ones to get it dialed in best.

I am 1 hole up from all the way down. Seems perfect, however I get a bit of ventilation with loaded with 12 people and running low 30's.

2574GLi with ESP, Merc 250 Pro Verado, 15" Enertia prop, 6500 rpm at 46 mph with 4 adults. Boat is new and I think I need to go up to a 17" prop.
