I did receive a message back from TEAM Bennington.

It stated that "your dealer actually does it when he registers the boat with us, but he can't sign you in to Club Bennington...you set your own user name and password!

Also the purchase date would have to be after August 6, 2012 for the 7-year warranty.

Membership letters are sent every 4-6 weeks. Please confirm your registration with your dealer and you are good to go".

I started this discussion and my dealer thought it was only for 2013's but I called Bennington directly and was told that it also applies to new 2012's purchased after the beginning of August, 2012. Since I just bought mine, the date was not important to me.Good luck to all. Like you, I will be applying on line.
