Hello Bennington Owners!  Can anyone provide me with a contact at the Bennington Manufacturing Facility that will help me with parts information / support?  I contacted my local Bennington Dealer for parts around Memorial Day, and the week before Thanksgiving I received the wrong parts!!!  When I contact Bennington, They say try the next closest dealer (which is a three hour drive).  With all I've read about Benningtons and owner satisfaction, surely theres an easier way to get parts support.  Can anyone assist me?  THANK YOU!!!

What parts are you looking for and what year and model boat do you have?

Rincon, Bennington does not sell parts directly therefore cannot help you.  As Cwag suggested list your parts and boat model here and perhaps we can help to make sure you have told your dealer correctly what it is you are looking for

Thanks  for your replies!  The decals on my 24 SLi located on the Ski Tow Bar, the Entry Gates, and rear Boarding Ladder have all faded and are unreadable.  They are considered "Safety Labels" and since we frequently have guests on the boat I'd like to replace them.  Like I said, I asked for them around Memorial Day and received the Capacity Plate (label) just before Thanksgiving!  Another issue I had with my local dealer was when I purchased the Yamaha oil change kit, the part numbers on the oil filter were different than what was on the engine... After talking to three people at the dealer that originally outfitted the boat, there answer was "if it fits, it must be right"!  I realize part numbers change, but their response left me with very little confidence in their knowledge of boats / motors.  They also outfitted the boat with a fuel filter  & filter head rated for a 115 HP motor, yet installed a 150 HP motor.  When I attempted to purchase the correct filter and head they replied we don't have those part numbers. I have NO confidence in anything they tell me after these experiences.  The last part I asked for was the Anchor Light Bracket that mounts to the Bimini Top.  The teeth on my current bracket have deteriorated and the light will not lock in place.  I'm sure after all I have read about Bennington's customer satisfaction this is a problem with the local dealer, just the same, I'd like to procure the Safety Labels and Anchor Light Bracket.

Why not take pictures of what you want, email the "next closest dealer", follow up with a call and have them order them, and shipped to you.

How old is this boat? Seems like this would be covered under warranty. I know my starboard side "Saltwater Series" decal is completely clear now as well. I'll mess with that closer to the end of my warranty...hopefully by then they have them in chrome dimensional letters....

In this day and time, there is no reason for you not to contact the recommended dealer by phone to obtain the parts you seek. Unfortunately, bad dealers exist and it sounds like you've been dealing with one.

As was suggested above, snap some photos of the parts you seek and email them to a Bennington dealer who wants your business.

Good luck.

I'm not sure where you are located but our local dealer (here in Ohio) I'm sure would check into the decals for you.  Another option is if you have a sign shop anywhere near you they could reproduce the decal if you had a good pic of it.

Are these something like the decals you need?
