I'm awaiting my boat build and ordering some items that I know I'll need/want. I found the EZ Fenders link on the Pontoonforum and they look like a great design for hanging bumpers on the side rails. I ordered the blackout package and you can get these in black. Just curious if anyone here uses them and thoughts/feedback. Thanks. Steve

I use them ,would not have anything else .

Ours work great. Would buy again.

Since you asked about others too , I'll put in my $.02 worth...

I like the taylor made hangers. The biggest plus with these is the ability to hang them anywhere you want vs a solid mount to the railing. Not a big deal if you only use them in your slip but not all slips are the same and murphy will tell you if they are solid mounted , they will never be in the right spot if you want to tie up with some other boats. They adjust as easy as anything out there and its literally 2 seconds to put them out or bring them in.

The biggest issue with them that I read about is from the blackout crowd and the hangers being grey/silver and the OCD is heavy with some people!

Thanks everyone; I'll probably get a couple sets of the black and maybe even a few of the Taylor made hangers for placing bumpers in other spots as needed. Appreciate it.

Hardest part for me was drilling the holes into a New Boat .:p

+1 on the Taylor Mades. Have 6 of them....

I use the black EZ Fenders mounted three on each side. Work great.

I opted for the Taylor made hangers thinking once I figured out where I typically put the bumpers I would
Up grade to the ez fender, but after a season of using the Taylor made hangers I am satisfied with them and don’t plan on upgrading. I expected to break one or two but I haven’t so far.

I just purchased the Taylor made ones also. They work great. I tied a slip knot so i can adjust the fender to any height.

EZ Fenders for me.Great aesthetically, billet aluminum construction and foremost the owner Brian promptly answers his email. Tried the TM yrs ago and didn’t like jamming them in place between the furniture and rail.

Based on this forum I went with the black EZ Fenders. They match the rail perfectly and look like a factory install!
