Fender/bumper/bouy
What every you might call them this might be a good thread to to make a sticky. Bumpers and docklines a thread all about tieing up and docking your boat.
Imo Most of all damage to the toons comes from docking
Weather thats tieing to a dock or to another boat ect.
It would be great to see what other people are using as far as docklines and fenders to protect your toy. I will start by adding a link to a video I saw on some Taylor Made fenders. I havent tryed them just thought they looked good
What we use and seems to work well. We
Use 3 Medium size Taylor Made bumpers with a 15 foot dock line looped threw the bumper. We
Tie to the front are rear cleets and if its a rough water near the dock we tie the 3rd bumper to the lifting ring in the center of the boat ( i wish the lifting ring was a cleet) it sure would make tieing up faster.
What are you using??
