The same two rod holders on my tow bar can be used for flags. So far, I’ve used this method in the second pic.

Taylor made 907 (48")
I like the strengthening under the ski deck.
We have not found this to be in the way.

Hey @Tin Diesel ......you still like your setup? I have the same boat/configuration. HATE the mount that came factory over by the boarding door....flag pole is always in the way over there which is why I never use it. Do you like the spot you chose to fasten the mount at or would you have father put it further back or forward?

Yes, I still like the spot. Being on the ski deck, its easy to get to but out of the way. The only caveat is when the grandkids are leaping madly about, I caution them that the flag pole is not a support! Actually, I should probably take it off when that is happening. For just skiing and tubing, it is not in the way.

We trailer everywhere, so its a quick install at the boat ramp while the boat is still on the trailer.
That size pole and flag are visually just right for the boat.

As they say in the reviews - I would buy this again.

@Tin Diesel Any issues with it when you're running at full throttle? Mine will do 40mph....just wondering if it's still ok to fly that flag at those speeds?

It's fine. It's not in the mainstream and even if it was, the pole could easily handle it.

I have tried a few different ones and honestly, this one is my favorite, and it’s really cheap. (2) Taylor Made fenders clips, (2) zip ties, and a flag. Here’s a photo (not mine though).
This is a great idea I've been looking for something that I wasn't going to put holes in my boat ...I LOVE THIS THANK YOU
