Flooring Issue, Bennington wont cover under warranty?

My dealer has been trying for 2 years to get Bennington to cover my flooring. It is literally falling apart. It is only on the bow and stern where the Bennington cover, does not cover the flooring. Very disappointed especially when they know this an issue.

WOW - I don't think we have seen that type of issue - lots of staining, a bit of fraying - BUT YOU have complete disintegration!?
