Flush mount rod holders

Advice please. I have a 2021 21’ SX with fishing chairs in rear. My factory livewell in rear with two flush mount rod holders that are 0 degree straight up. I think i’d like to change them to either put 15* or 30* or should I just keep them like they are ?? I have a rod holder on each side in about 30*. I’m Trolling for freshwater striper in upstate SC.
1. Does anyone know who makes the flush rod mounts for Bennington.
2. Should I change them from 0* to a
15* or 30 *. Striper hit hard and dive. Not sure trolling 0* would even work. Never done it and haven’t seen anyone else. I have rod holders on each side of pontoon that are 30* that work great.

just bought same 2020 model. Got the same question. With zero “tilt” seem worthless except to transport rods. Found some adjustable holders that fit in the tubes. Look like they would stick up about a foot. That’s the best option I’ve found so far. Can post a link when I’m done fishing! Also guess I need to buy shorter poles because rods in holders hit my Bimini. First time out fishing so I’m just discovering stuff.
