Fogging the motor

 We have a four stroke Yamaha F150. Do you "fog" the motor when winterizing in the "intake silencer" or a "fogging hole of the silencer cover" till it "smokes"??? Or do you just spray in each spark plug hole to lubricate? Thanks!

Last year I just sprayed some into the intake. I didn't spray until it smoked though.

It's not necessary on a 4-stroke.
