Fuel Funnel?

We tend to stay on this side of the 150 Bridge but I’ve ridden the Dam To Dam jet ski charity ride 5 or 6 times. It goes from the Cowens Ford Dam all the way up to Lookout Shoals so I’ve seen a lot of the lake. Somehow or another however, it always seems like there’s something new to explore. North Harbor Club is a regular lunch run as it’s almost straight across the lake from us. We also used to go to the Landing fairly often but haven’t been there since it changed hands.
Yup so many nooks and crannys! Love it!!!

My F150 has the same white plastic funnel. I don’t need it at the gas station pump but I do need it if I use a gas can. My 2019 Bennington GSR pontoon had the gas tank under the back seat and the gas cap was through the Port side wall. If you are filling up from a normal gas pump, I would think you would be ok without the white funnel assuming the gas pump fits securely.

I've only needed to use the supplied funnel for adding Yamaha Ring Free fuel additive for maintenance, and only for one of my two tanks.

I'm new here so I'd like to take a minute to thank everyone for helping out with my question about the funnel that came with our boat. It was a really beautiful day out on Lake Norman yesterday and we were out trying to use enough gas so I can find out if I need the funnel when I fill up or not. Thanks again.

Are you going to fill up with 5 gallon jugs/cans ? If so check into a Super Siphon.

Does Lake Norman marina give you a discount on gas since you purchased from them? Or is that too far to go? We don't go there anymore. We don't like taking our double bimini down to go under the railroad bridge....

You know, that's a good question. It never occurred to me to ask. In any event, we normally gas up at Safe Harbor which is quite a bit closer to us. Plus, now that you mention it, no bridges to go under. Haven't decided who to have service it yet but Safe Harbor took care of our Sweetwater for 12 years so general, non-boat specific stuff will probably go there. I'd like to have a socket for the table added in the back under the Bimini and that I'd probably take back to Lake Norman Marina to get done.

We kept our boat at Safe Harbor Skippers Landing dry storage building for the past 2 yrs. Which Safe Harbor do you go to? Westport, Kings Point, or the Yacht club?

We live in Westport. We’ve lived here long enough that when we started going there it was Westport Marina before Safe Harbor took them over. Generally had good luck doing business there.
