Fuses on 2010 Azure

All my toggle switches on dash including navigation lights and bilge pump stopped working. I replaced two 5 amp blown fuses near battery and still doesn't work. Anyone know where the fuses to toggle switches are?

Wait, there should be a tiny red button on your dash, smaller than the horn button, that will reset a breaker for the switches.

There were no red buttons but there was a reset button over each toggle switch. I depressed everyone with no luck.
