For some reason my Garmin touch screen display will not come on now......had the new boat for a few months with no issues....now it won't come on....I cleaned the screen but it wasn't even dirty, so that wasn't the problem.......had been working fine, but now won't power on.....any ideas?????
Thanks...

Have you checked the circuit breakers on dash, and the power connection behind the dash? Maybe one of those two things if everything else powers on as normal.

It doesn't have any circuit breaker on the dash, but I'll check behind the console to see if there is any issues.....
Thanks.....

Do you have small buttons below the switches on you helm ? Those are circuit breakers .

No.....
No switches on the dash...
Today I'll check under the helm, behind the dash and see if there is an obvious issue....

On my 2014 ,the power cable continued to fall out , I ended up securing it with a cable tie

Probably power to the unit, but check the easy stuff first. Fuses, circuit breakers and something really basic but worth mentioning, a switch that powers your MFD (my aftermarket is on an ACC switch).

If you're handy with a meter trace out back to the source. Typically it's just a two wire deal spliced into a switch or other common power. Maybe it was a shoddy install and one of the wires shook pulled loose. If you have good power and the unit still is not coming on, call Garmin they have exceptional customer service!

I'm sure you already know this, on your left lower vessel screen, go to controls and make sure the ACC button is on. This must be on for your Garmin to turn on.
