I have a 2013 Bennington 20SL and gas gauge is pegged at full. I want to pull out the sending unit and make sure the float is not stuck. I've attached a photo of whats under the only floor cap I have. Can someone verify for me that the sending unit will be the cable going into the round cover in top left of the attached photo? If anyone has any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem I'd appreciate it. I'm new to boats.

Check all connections first. Many times lack of proper connection can cause pegged gauge.
