Gas Tank Location

I previously owned a 2008 2275RL w/150 Yamaha. Only 'problem' I had was the gas tank location in the stern/port corner. With most of the seating on the port side you tended to list towards that side.

The boat was a complete loss in a marina fire in Jan 2013. I'm looking to replacing this spring. I'd like to know where the gas tank is located on the smaller (18/20 ft) SL models.

On a 2013 22 SLX it is in the transom .

Are you referring to 'under the sunpad area' or the 'motor mount pod'?

Right behind the motor there is a black plastic piece covering the gas tank ( at least on mine there was)

We have a 20 slx and the tank is black and is in the transom pod 24.5 gal.
