Our green nav light stopped working on our 2014 pontoon. When we dissected the light unit, the light was a small led chip that was clear. First, does anyone know about these chips and how they might as green when clear in color? Second, how know exactly what needs to be ordered as replacement? Bennington saying we can buy entire lighting unit for $100 but trying to reduce cost.

Although the original nav lights on my 2014 were not led, I had to replace both and of course, the original is no longer made. I engineered the a Perco nav light to fit the space and they seem to work fine. Now I have led's

My Bennington I just ordered is supposed to come with a ten year bow to stern warranty. Maybe that doesn't cover lights and maybe the 2014 models didn't come with that. I would ask. Otherwise a new assembly would most likely need to be replaced since you can't just replace that LED
