The console on my 17 Bennington has a hairline crack that i just noticed this morning, is this something that could be fixed, repaired easily or is it something i should just forget about? Thanks

Some one that does fiberglass should be able to repair .

Should be under warranty.

My BIL just had his replaced under warranty, he took pics to his dealer, when the new helm arrived he to it in . His new helm took a while to arrive.

Ditto warranty thought. You can see that crack running from that screw point in the helm. I would think that your Bennington dealership could simply submit your picture with the warranty application to check on approval like Jack’s BIL did in the above comment. However, once they are ready to do the work you’d need to get the boat into them for it.

Appreciate the responses, issue being the dealership is 85 miles away, i would have to pay the guy who takes the pontoon out and stores it to drop off and pick up once the work was done $$$. If i do nothing and/or epoxy the crack it costs me little to nothing with the exception of having to stare at it every time i am in the pontoon.

I don’t have a trailer myself, so I certainly can appreciate that dilemma. Local fiberglass shop/person then?
