The nicer turning of the SPS is meaningless if you don't have the power to "S" curve when you pull the tubers. The 150 will have the power. You will have to judge the handling/turning capability of the Eliptical hull when you test drive them.
Also, turning a boat has a lot to do with the motor. My Express turns sharper with the 150 because the extra power gets the back end of the boat swinging out quicker than the 115 did. Factor that in to your equation. The Elliptical hull should turn a little quicker with the 150... Good luck!
